Code of Conduct

Introduction

This Code of Conduct explains the standards Essay Fusion expects from everyone who uses our service, students, customers, writers, and partners. It’s designed to protect academic integrity, foster ethical use of materials, and make clear what is and isn’t allowed when using our products and samples. By using Essay Fusion you agree to follow this Code.

Our Purpose

Essay Fusion provides original, research-informed examples, guidance, and editorial services to help learners understand topics, structure assignments, and build their own work. Our materials are intended as models, study aids, and research guides, not finished submissions to be presented as someone’s original academic work.

Academic Integrity

Academic integrity is central to our mission. Users must not use Essay Fusion to:

• Submit purchased or generated content as their own original work.
• Facilitate cheating, impersonation, or falsification of academic records.
• Request or use content to deliberately breach institutional honor codes.

We expect customers to use our materials as reference, inspiration, and learning support, for planning, structuring, citation examples, and research pointers.

Fair Use & Intended Use of Deliverables

Materials delivered by Essay Fusion are provided for educational and research purposes only. Acceptable uses include:

• Learning the structure and argumentation for an assignment.
• Using the sample as a study guide or model to craft your own work.
• Extracting references and sources for further reading.

Unacceptable uses include submitting our deliverables as final, claiming authorship, reselling or redistributing purchased materials, or using deliverables for commercial services without explicit permission. We may require deletion of files after they have served their educational purpose.

AI Tools, Plagiarism Checking & Automation

AI tools (generative models, summarizers, detectors) may be used as research aids but must not be used in ways that violate your institution’s rules. If an instructor permits AI, clearly disclose AI assistance according to their rules. Automated, mass, or bot-driven use of our systems (including bulk plagiarism-checking or API scraping) is prohibited.

Prohibited Requests and Activities

To protect users, institutions, and the integrity of our service, do not request or attempt any of the following (this list is illustrative, not exhaustive):

• Ghostwriting work intended to be submitted as someone’s own (full dissertations, thesis submissions, in-course assessments to be submitted as final).
• Forging transcripts, certificates, recommendation letters, or other official documents.
• Creating fabricated research data, false references, or falsified experiments.
• Impersonating another person or providing services to impersonate (taking tests, submitting assignments on behalf of another).
• Requests that are unlawful, fraudulent, or aimed at causing harm (malicious hacking scripts, scams, doxxing).

Violations will lead to account suspension or permanent ban and may be reported to relevant institutions or authorities.

For Our Writers, Editors & Contractors

Experts working with Essay Fusion must:

• Refuse jobs that violate this Code or institutional policies.
• Disclose any conflicts of interest and not participate in fraudulent activities.
• Produce work that is original, appropriately referenced, and truthful.
• Cooperate with investigations into alleged misconduct.

Writers found to enable academic dishonesty, falsify credentials, or repeatedly breach policy will be removed.

For Educators & Institutions

If you believe our materials were used in breach of an academic policy, please contact us. We support educators in reporting and verifying misuse and will cooperate where appropriate. We encourage institutions to clearly state their expectations around third-party support and AI usage so students can comply.

Enforcement, Remedies & Appeals

When we detect or are notified of violations we may:

• Temporarily suspend or permanently ban accounts.
• Remove or block content.
• Withhold refunds when a breach of policy is confirmed.
• Share information with academic institutions or law enforcement where legally required.

Users subject to enforcement actions may appeal by contacting our support team with evidence and explanation; we will review appeals per our internal procedures.

Representations, Warranties & Indemnity

By using Essay Fusion you represent that your use will be lawful and consistent with this Code and your institution’s rules. You agree to indemnify Essay Fusion against claims arising from your misuse of our materials or services.

Reporting Violations

If you see policy breaches, unsafe content, or requests that appear fraudulent or illegal, email our support team: support@essayfusion.com, include as much information as possible (usernames, order IDs, screenshots, and a short description).
