Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Essay Fusion. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, tools, and products (the “Service” or “Services”) at essayfusion.com (the “Website”). By using the Service, placing an Order, registering for an account, or clicking an “I accept” box, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Interpretation and Definitions

• “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”, Essay Fusion, the operator of the Website.
• “Customer,” “you,” “your”, any person or organization using the Service or placing an Order.
• “Order”, your electronic request for an academic Product (paper, essay, coursework, edit, etc.) submitted through the Website and specifying requirements and deadline.
• “Expert,” “Writer”, an independent contractor, freelancer, or staff writer engaged to perform Services.
• “Product”, the deliverable produced by an Expert for an Order. Products are meant to assist learning and research and are not representations that they will be submitted as your own work to any institution.
• “Escrow / Order Balance”, funds placed for an Order and held until release conditions are met.

Eligibility; Age

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use certain services. Minors may use the Service only with parent/guardian consent and supervision. By using the Service you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Scope of Services

Essay Fusion offers:

• Custom academic writing and editing services (essays, research papers, dissertations, coursework, admission essays, proofreading, formatting).
• Automated tools (plagiarism check, citation generator, rewriting/AI assistance) and human Expert work.
• Account features for order management and messaging with assigned Experts.

Some tools (AI or automated) are provided as-is and may have limitations; human-delivered Products are provided according to the Order specifications and agreed deadline. We do not guarantee a specific grade or academic outcome.

Orders, Assignment & Delivery

• Placing an Order: You submit requirements, files, deadline, and complete payment authorization. Orders are binding once confirmed.
• Assignment: We assign an Expert based on qualifications, subject, and availability. You may be able to select or request a specific Expert where available.
• Delivery: The Expert will deliver the Product via the Website messaging/order page by the agreed deadline. Delivery timestamps are recorded by our system.
• Acceptance: You must review delivered work and either accept or request revisions within the revision window specified in your Order confirmation.

Pricing, Payment & Escrow

• Prices are displayed during checkout and are final at the time of placement unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment providers displayed on the Website. Payments may be processed by third-party processors.
• Escrow Mechanism: Payments for Orders are held in escrow (Order Balance) and released to the Expert after your acceptance or after the expiry of the acceptance period unless a refund is granted. This protects both Customers and Experts.

Refunds & Revisions

• Revisions: We offer a clearly stated revision policy on each Order. Revisions must be requested within the revision window and must conform to the original Order instructions. We will work to satisfy reasonable revision requests without additional charge provided they do not change the core requirements of the Order.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled case-by-case according to the Refund Policy published on the Website. Typical considerations include missed deadlines, major quality failures, or evidence of plagiarism attributable to the Product. Partial refunds may apply where partial value was delivered. Fraudulent claims or attempts to misuse the refund process will be denied. Our Refund Policy sets timeframes and requires evidence to support claims.

Quality, Guarantees & Disclaimers

• Quality Assurance: We maintain a Quality Assurance process (review, editing, plagiarism checks) for delivered Products; however, because Experts are independent, we cannot guarantee every aspect of an Expert’s performance.
• No Grade Guarantee: We provide support to help learning and research; we do not guarantee a particular grade, credit, or outcome with any Product.
• AI & Automated Tools: If you use AI-generated or AI-enhanced Services (rewriters, generators, detection), you understand such outputs may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed prior to use. We may disclose the use of third-party AI providers.

Intellectual Property and Rights

• Customer Content: You retain ownership of materials you upload. On submitting content you grant Essay Fusion and assign Experts a non-exclusive license to use information necessary to perform the Order.
• Deliverables & Licensing: Upon full payment and release of escrow, Essay Fusion grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered Product for educational and research purposes consistent with these Terms. Transfer or resale of Products is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.
• Expert Ownership: Experts retain moral rights to the writing they produce unless otherwise transferred by written agreement. Essay Fusion may retain anonymized samples for internal quality and training purposes, excluding any personal data.

Use Restrictions; Academic Integrity

• Permitted Use: Products are provided to aid learning, study, and the preparation of original work. You must not submit a Product as your own work to an educational institution where doing so would violate rules or policies.
• Prohibited Use: You must not use Products to facilitate cheating, to impersonate another, or to conduct unlawful activities. We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel Orders that, in our judgment, are intended for academic dishonesty or illegal activity.

Plagiarism & Originality

We employ plagiarism-checking tools and require Experts to deliver original content. However, no automated system is 100% effective. If plagiarism is identified and attributable to the delivered Product, we will investigate and provide remedies in accordance with our Refund Policy and quality procedures. You are responsible for reviewing Products with your institution’s rules in mind.

Account, Password & Security

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and are liable for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Multiple accounts may be consolidated.

Communications & Messaging

All communications through our messaging system are logged. We may use messaging records to resolve disputes and improve service. Do not share unnecessary personal data with Experts. If you receive threatening or abusive communication, contact support immediately.

Third-Party Services & Links

We may use third-party services (payment processors, AI providers, plagiarism tools). Use of such third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Our liability for third-party acts is limited as set out in Section 16.

Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or where required by law. Termination does not relieve you from obligations to pay for Services already rendered. Upon termination, certain provisions (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitations of Liability) survive.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

• DISCLAIMER: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• LIMITATION: Except where prohibited by law, our liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These limitations do not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law forbids such exclusion.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Essay Fusion, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, liability, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of third-party rights.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Essay Fusion is incorporated (our contact page lists the legal address). Any disputes will be resolved in local courts unless we agree in writing to arbitration or mediation. You and Essay Fusion submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts located in our governing jurisdiction for disputes. (If you are a consumer outside this jurisdiction, certain local consumer protection rules may apply.)

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; changes will be effective when posted on the Website with the revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes.

Data Protection & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (link in the footer) explains how we collect, process, store, and share personal data. By using the Service you consent to processing as described in that policy. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data.

Reporting Abuse, Complaints & Contact

• Quality or Safety Concerns: If you believe an Expert’s work is inappropriate, illegal, or violates our policies, contact support immediately with evidence (order ID, timestamps, screenshots).
• Contact: Our support email and help center are available on the Website’s Contact page. We aim to respond to complaints promptly and investigate fully.

How We Handle Academic Integrity Concerns

We maintain procedures to investigate allegations of misconduct related to the use of our Service. If a Customer uses a Product in a way that breaches institutional rules or law, we may, where permitted, cooperate with relevant institutions. We may refuse future service to repeat offenders.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein (Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and any Order confirmation), constitute the entire agreement between you and Essay Fusion relating to the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
